Perks of being a Devils STM

Hey everyone!

Today I decided to share my experiences as a Devils Season Ticket Member. I've been a Devils Season Ticket Member for 6 years and it has given me many professional connections as well as advice. Throughout my time as a STM I've developed friendships with the member representatives. The main person I became friends with is Sydney, she's known me since I was 16 and she's like an older sister. As I've gotten further through my education at FDU she's been able to recommend me internships to apply for and how to improve my resume. She's been encouraging me to look for an internship with the Devils and to go into sales. She has and will continue to give me great advice. Over the fall I took a sales class with the New York Red Bulls and she would ask how my cold calls went and gave me tips on how to get more meetings with potential clients. I've also gained Linkedin connections with almost all of the reps. One of the reps, James, is an FDU Sport Management Alumni. He has recommended classes and professors to take as well as encouraged me to study abroad during my senior year. All in all, being a Devils Season Ticket Member has broadened my connections in the sport world and the people there have given me a tremendous amount of advice.

Thanks for reading!

Luci
